Our policy for Quality, Health and Safety at Work is a concrete act, considered necessary and desired directly by the General Management, aimed at giving effectiveness to the program of development of its Integrated System, to achieve the objectives.

How do we put it into practice?

Planning

The main objective is to plan processes with a risk-based thinking (RBT) approach, in order to be able to assess and deal with the risks associated with the processes, exploit and reinforce the identified opportunities, reduce accidents with or without injury, and have human and material resources of excellent quality.

Transparency

We want to maintain and consolidate the image of the company, verifying and seeking opportunities for development, as well as operating in full compliance with national and provincial legislation, in order to facilitate the management of the business in a regime of maximum transparency.

Control

We are careful in overlooking, through a monitoring system, the implementation of the ISMS (Information Security Management System) and the observance of the legislative and regulatory provisions on health and safety, defining appropriate indicators.

Integrated management system

We set up an Integrated Management System (IMS) providing the necessary human and instrumental resources, involving the entire company organization, from the employer to the individual worker, according to their powers and responsibilities.

Activity management

We plan the company’s activities, especially with regard to the productive activity, continuously consulting workers and, in particular, their RLS (Workers’ Representatives for Safety).

Technological innovation

Our main focus is to improve our business by adapting the structure and the system to the continuous technological innovations to meet the needs of our customers, together with the provision of modern and safe machinery.

From theory to practice.

Risk assessment

We focus on making the work environment suitable for everyone’s needs and requirements, thus reducing the possibility of accidents. Through our control system, the personnel in charge constantly supervises the company processes, carefully planning the production activities.

Equipment maintainance

We pay great attention to the maintenance aspect as well as to the quality of the machinery and equipment we are equipped with. We carry out periodic checks to ensure the correct operation of the equipment to avoid exposing ourselves to any risk or damage.

Training and development

We have been able to renew and specialize in order to keep up with market demands and to update production processes with a long-term view to improvement. The staff is trained to carry out the activities and use machinery and equipment correctly.
