The Lasertube LT8 system is a benchmark in the tube laser system market for flexibility and productivity. It allows 3D machining on both open profiles and special sections, thanks to a 3D head that moves quickly on light tubes and is extremely effective and precise in cutting the most important thicknesses.

Loading/unloading system
The machine allows to use two stations for the automatic loading of the pipe, respectively one front and one rear, each with measuring system. The load is made by two systems: beam or single bar. This allows the simultaneous management of two productions while the delicate handling of the material is guaranteeed to avoid damaging it.

Easy unloading
Short pieces are continuously exited on a dedicated belt to push the productivity of the plant to even higher levels. The parts can be unloaded in programmable positions on both the front and back sides of the machine.

Supporting devices on the loading and unloading line constantly accompany the movement of the tube, thus reducing axial deformation of the tubes and helping to maintain precise machining.

Advanced software
To obtain satisfactory results, it is essential to take into account the elastic behaviour of the material and the actual thickness of the tube.
In the design phase, with Artube it is possible to select the most suitable functional variant according to the application, thus avoiding as much as possible the incremental adjustments that cause loss of time and waste of material.
In addition, we can also import 3D models of elements drawn in other CADs.

Starting from the customer’s drawing and proceeding by steps, we are able to elaborate the part program for the LT8 system.
