Systems such as automatic replenishment of the warehouse, also known as “Kanban”, are adopted to dispose of the correct quantity of material and avoid excessive storage of goods.
In this way, the Group further activates to guarantee its customers the maximum respect of the agreed delivery terms.
Special attention is also paid to the aspect of logistics.
The company relies on trustworthy carriers, who are punctual in pick-ups and deliveries as well as careful in transporting and handling the materials to avoid unwanted damage.
Talking about environmental awareness and resource conservation would not be possible without major investment in highly developed equipment and machinery.
Thanks to the potential of our fleet of machines, the modern software adopted and our qualified technical staff, it is possible to make a precise programming of the processes in order to minimize the waste of material.
Our goal is the one of minimizing the waste resulting from processing as well as controlling the impact of our production processes on the environment, thanks to a wide range of advanced technology that allows us to simultaneously improve the quality of the finished product.
Biatel, in continuous growth and with a great attention to the innovation of materials and processes, has now undertaken a new project dedicated to the optimization of production resources and the reduction of waste.
The Group’s objective is the one of implementing activities to promote the use of clean and renewable energy while minimizing the impact of business processes on the ecosystem.
The next projects will therefore relate to works such as the installation of solar panels and other similar solutions to place an emphasis on concrete actions available to the various commercial activities operating in the area, in order to actively contribute to the protection of resources in the long term.
